We will be exploring an incredibly valuable tool called the Opportunity Middleware.

A scary tale: A key challenge that companies face – seeing an opportunity and executing on an idea within it are not enough to capture an opportunity.

Our Opportunity thinking principle is that Opportunities exist at many levels.   

Think of it as a hierarchy of opportunities that sit between corporate strategy and the ideas that go to market. What often happens is that we will be aware of the really big opportunities like healthier snacking but then execute with a one off idea.
